At Administrative Consults, we take pride in understanding our clients need to stay within the confines of their budget. Therefore, we have tailored our rates to be affordable and convenient. We operate on a retainer or per-project basis. The retainer basis is for those clients that need an extra pair of hands on a regular basis for a few hours each month. The other is special projects meaning we work only when you need us. Administrative Consults is here to help your business whether you need someone for a few hours each week or to get you through that project. We use a special time tracking software that bills each client in 15-minute increments. This allows for fair billing, guaranteeing that you pay only for the time that is actually used and that there are no overages. All incidental charges (postage, courier fees, floppy disks/cd's, etc.) are separate and there is also a 20% fee for all rush items. (Rush items are those that have a less than 5-hour turnaround period.) All agreed upon work is set out in a contractual agreement. You always know what you're getting up front - no hidden costs.
